Volunteer and make a difference

I didn't grow up wanting to be a politician. I've spent 25 years building things — homes, infrastructure, the kind of work you can point to and say "I helped make that." Rotorua's given me a lot, and now I want to help build something bigger: a future where our jobs, our housing, and our community actually work for the people who live here.

But I can't do that alone, and I don't want to. Every campaign that's ever meant anything has been built by people who showed up — not because they had to, but because they cared enough to give a bit of their time.

Whether it's a couple of hours on a Saturday or something more regular, your time genuinely matters. You don't need experience, and you don't need to have all the answers — you just need to want things done a bit differently around here.

If that's you, I'd love to have you on the team. Fill in your details below, and let's get to work.
